Plates

CMM Plates

Rayco CMM base plates are available in standard and custom sizes.
The standard base plates are made of cast aluminum with a special
protective hard-coat surface. The plates are made with a
threaded hole grid pattern with 1/2" spacing. 
Both 1/4"-20 or M8 threaded holes as well as M4 (for our Mini components).

Steel plates with a black oxide finish are available as an option for
sizes up to 48” x 60” (1200mm x 1500mm).

The 1/4"-20 and M8 plates are .50" or .75" thick, depending on the
overall size of the plate.
Our smallest M4 mini plates are .375" thick. 

Plates are available in sizes from 6.0" x 6.0" (150mm x 150mm)
up to 50" x 84" (1200mm x 2100mm) in a single plate. For larger
applications, we can mount multiple plates on linear frames
to make any size.

Mounting holes to attach the Rayco base plate to your CMM are
available at no additional charge.
